1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VividCut ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VividCut for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store terms.

3. Subscriptions

VividCut offers optional in-app subscriptions (VividCut Pro). Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the photos and content you create with VividCut. We do not claim any ownership over your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you edit with the app.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to bypass any subscription or licensing restrictions
Redistribute or resell the app or its components

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

VividCut is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of VividCut.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
